Reversing the trend of mass luxury and the use of synthetic aromas, Mad et Len prides itself on the artisanal approach to fragrance production. The production hearkens back to the historical art of perfumery, produced by in small batches and using organic distilled essential oils. The fragrances and candles are all hand made, and are complemented by packaging that is also hand made.
Begun in 2007 by Sandra Fuzier and Alaxandre Piffaut, Mad et Len produces its fragrances in Grasse, France using natural sources. The blends created are designed to be intense and complex. The candles created are poured into iron vessels also forged locally.
By looking to the roots of their industry, Fuzier and Piffaut have revived its true nature without compromises.
